Faith in Youth
How do children develop a religious identity? How is the faith of young people formed? What is a good practice in which faith formation and religious identity development of children and young people can grow in a careful way? That is what the OJKC concerns itself with.
Research on children and young people in faith
We believe that sound scientific research helps children and young people in different contexts to discover what faith and spirituality is and to give it a place in their lives.
Work with us
Connected with partners from home and abroad, we form a community and network of involved researchers who study the world of God and young people from various angles, aimed toward application.

About OJKC
We are a theological research center that shares and enriches academic knowledge in the fields of youth, faith and culture. Based on our involvement with children and young people, we help educators and professionals with our current academic knowledge about faith formation of children and young people in practice. We work with national and international institutes, specialists and networks in which research and knowledge sharing takes place and is stimulated, aimed at the practice of faith formation and religious identity development of children and young people.
